Product Overview
A Fender Washer is a flat circular plain washer with a substantially larger OD-to-ID relationship than a standard flat washer. The expanded bearing face—not a locking profile—is its defining feature.
Installed beneath a bolt head, screw head or nut, the broad surface spreads clamp load, reduces local surface pressure, supports thin or softer materials and may reduce pull-through risk when correctly selected.
Buyers should specify d1 ID, d2 OD, thickness s, material, SAE/USS/customer reference, fastener size, application, quantity and drawing. Larger OD is not automatically better and does not replace correct fastener or structural design.
