VALTOR supplies both modified standard fasteners and fully non-standard fasteners. Existing DIN, ISO or ASME designs may be adapted with special length, thread, head, reduced shank, drilled hole, custom point or washer combination. Fully custom parts are manufactured from customer drawings, physical samples, assembly requirements or OEM specifications.
Manufacturing scope includes custom bolts, nuts, screws, washers, studs and threaded components, shoulder fasteners, pins and other special threaded parts. The objective is a manufacturable component that fits the customer assembly, not a generic catalog substitute.
For review, provide the drawing or sample, material, dimensions, critical tolerance, thread definition, quantity, application and required surface finish. These inputs allow material sourcing, forming or machining routes, inspection needs and quotation basis to be evaluated efficiently.
Typical manufacturing routes may include cold forming, forging, CNC machining, turning, thread rolling, drilling and secondary operations according to part geometry, material, tolerance and order requirements.

What types of custom fasteners can VALTOR manufacture?
VALTOR can supply custom bolts, nuts, screws, washers, studs and special fastening components based on drawings, samples and application requirements.
Can you modify an existing DIN, ISO or ASME fastener?
Yes. Standard fasteners can be modified in length, thread, head geometry, shank, holes, grooves, material and finish, subject to manufacturability review. If standard dimensions or geometry are modified, the finished component should be treated as a custom or modified fastener rather than automatically considered fully compliant with the original standard.
Can you produce special stainless steel grades such as 2205 or 2507?
Yes. Grades including 321, 310S, 2205, 2507 and 904L can be supplied according to order requirements and material availability.
Can you make samples before bulk production?
Yes. Sample or first-article production can be arranged where required before volume production.
