Inspection Based on Drawings, Specifications and Application Requirements
Critical dimensions, thread specifications and drawing-defined features are checked according to customer requirements. This includes diameter, length, pitch, tolerance and fit verification for custom fasteners and machined components.
Surface appearance, coating consistency and finishing requirements are reviewed based on the order specification. Inspection may include surface condition, finish quality and coating-related checks for plated, passivated, blackened or coated parts.
Fit, assembly performance and functional features are verified according to drawings, samples and application needs. This helps confirm that custom parts work correctly with mating components in actual use.
Material certificates, inspection records and order-related documentation can be reviewed and provided according to project requirements. Support may include MTC, raw material reports, dimensional inspection records and third-party inspection coordination.
