Product Overview
Plain Flat Washers are installed beneath bolt heads, screw heads or nuts to enlarge the bearing area, distribute clamp load and reduce localized surface marking. They support the joint but do not by themselves prevent loosening.
DIN 125, ISO 7089 and ISO 7090 use different dimensional series and should be selected by bolt size, available assembly space, required bearing area and project specification. ANSI, ASME and SAE dimensions are available by customer requirement.
For quotation, specify inner diameter d1, outer diameter d2, thickness h, standard or drawing, 304/A2 or 316/A4 grade, finish, quantity and packaging requirement.
