Custom Stamping & Forming for Industrial Hardware

Drawing-based stainless steel components for construction, equipment and OEM projects.

VALTOR supplies drawing-based stamped and formed hardware for industrial, construction, façade, equipment and OEM applications. Typical parts include mounting brackets, connection plates, support plates, angled components, U-shaped parts, offset parts, spring clips, retaining components and other custom hardware.

The manufacturing route depends on material, sheet thickness, part geometry, bend or formed geometry, hole pattern, tolerance, surface requirement and quantity. Depending on the actual part, production may involve cutting, punching, stamping, bending, press forming, drilling, tapping, deburring and selected secondary operations.

For quotation, provide the drawing or 3D model, material, sheet thickness, dimensions, bend details, formed features, hole locations, tolerances, surface finish, quantity and application. Complete inputs allow manufacturability, inspection and project supply requirements to be reviewed before production.
